This policy explains how Emaar Travel (Nusuk Academy) collects and uses your personal information when you register for Hajj on this website.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number, country, city, nearest airport, number of travellers, preferred package, your answers about Nusuk, and any notes you write.
If you arrived through a guide's link, we save that guide's code with your registration.
How we use it
To contact you about Hajj, help you register on Nusuk if you need it, and arrange your trip.
We do not sell your information or share it outside the agency and its guides.
Who can see it
Only the agency team. We may share your registration with the guide who referred you, or the guide nearest you, so they can contact you.
Registrations are never shown on the public website.
Where it is stored
Registrations are kept in the agency's private Google account (Google Sheets), which requires a sign-in. Google's servers may be located outside Canada.
We keep your information for as long as we need it to arrange your trip, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@emaartravel.com.
